The sensor is locked within the canister by the tight multiple lip seal. Eliminate the fuel tank pressure sensor from the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister. Installation involves inserting the fuel tank pressure sensor into the evap canister until it seats fully, re-connecting the fuel tank pressure sensor electrical connector, then lower the vehicle.
