Replace the cross member and tighten its nuts and bolts to 150 nm (111 ft. Lbs.). Attach the ball joint hex nuts and stabilizer shaft to the knuckle, tightening the ball joint hex nuts to 45 nm (33 ft. Lbs.) and stabilizer shaft bolts to the knuckle to 45 nm (33 ft. Lbs.). Replace the outer tie rod hex nuts, tightening them to 45 nm (33 ft. Lbs) and coupling the Rack And Pinion inlet and outlet to connect pipe fittings, tightening the nuts to 22 nm (16 ft. Lbs). Mount the front tires, top up the power steering fluid with a fluid that complies with gm spec. No. 9985010 or type alike, and then mount the intermediate shaft, the Steering Wheel, and column. Lastly, attach the negative Battery Cable, check the vehicle, check the wheel alignment, and set the front toe if required.
