Before torquing the lifter guide bolts to 10 n.m (89 lb in) apply threadlocker gm p/n 12345382 (Canadian P/N 10953489) or equivalent to the bolts' threads. You must reinstall the valve rocker arms and pushrods before installing the lower Intake Manifold and valve Rocker Arm cover. Finally, inspect for leaks.
