How to replace the left exhaust manifold (4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L) on Chevrolet Express 3500?

In order to replace the left Exhaust Manifold (4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L), first lift the car and remove the Catalytic Converter from the Exhaust Manifold. Next, remove the engine cover and unbolt the egr valve pipe to the Exhaust Manifold if so equipped. Disconnect the Spark Plug Wires and the Exhaust Manifold itself, ensuring that all the parts of the sealing surfaces are cleaned. For installation, start by installing the Exhaust Manifold, then, when bolted on the first pass, tighten the Exhaust Manifold bolts to 15 nm (11 ft. Lbs.) and to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.) on the second pass. Connect the egr valve pipe to the manifold, reattach the Spark Plug Wires, attach the Exhaust Pipe to the exhaust, and finally, put the engine cover back in place.
