How to replace the front wheel speed sensor on Chevrolet Lumina?

You should elevate and stabilize the vehicle before starting this task. Take off the electrical connector from the front before unscrewing the sensor pigtail wire bolt and both fasteners that attach the sensor to the Steering Knuckle. Once all bolts are unthreaded the sensor can be taken out. Insert the guide pins of the sensor into their correct positions before placing it into position. Place the front Wheel Speed Sensor into position and fasten it with the retaining bolts. Tighten these bolts to 70 nm (52 lb ft). Secure the electrical connector back to the front Wheel Speed Sensor last.
