Install pnp switch bolts at finger tight tension before putting the j 41364-a park neutral switch aligner (J 41364-A) on the pnp switch. Position the tool's lower tabs in the switch slots. Tighten the j 41364-a bolts to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.) when the upper locator pin sits directly above the slot on top of the switch. Uninstall the j 41364-a from the pnp switch while also removing the positive assurance bracket if it exists. Use the nut to install the manual shaft to the control lever and tighten it to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.). Position the range selector cable end on the ball stud of the range selector lever before attaching the pnp switch electrical connection.
