Your body side mounts need clean-up with a soft piece of fabric while you need to place navigation marks on rear door hinge locations using grease pencil or some alternative marker. The body side hinge bolts should be removed before pulling the body side hinges off the body. Place the body side rear door hinge on the alignment marks before installing bolts to secure it to the body frame while torquing them to 25 N.m (18.4 lb ft). Low assistants can guide the rear door onto body side hinge straps before installing bolt hardware to keep the rear door hinge keeper straps stable at 25 N.m (18.4 lb ft). The installation requires joining rear door wiring harness connectors while installing the rear door wiring harness grommet onto the body.
