The first step in replacing the Ignition Coil is to take off the engine cover. Subsequently, take off the
Spark Plug Wires from the ignition coils as well as from the Ignition Coil harness connector. At this point, unscrew the Ignition Coil mounting bolts and take the Ignition Coil out. When installing, put the Ignition Coil on the bracket, but be sure to use the fastener cautions. Put the Ignition Coil mounting bolts back in place and tighten them to 8 nm (71 lb in). Connect the Ignition Coil harness as well as the Spark Plug Wires to the ignition coils, and then put the engine cover on.
