    You need to take the front of the console panel away from the headliner to access the blower motor switch. Detach the switch by unlocking its tabs at the switch housing back and pulling out the electrical connector. Plug in the blower motor electrical connection then place the blower motor switch into the switch housing before reinstalling the console to its position on the headliner.
