    Q:
How to replace the fan blade on Buick Rendezvous? Posted by Customer
    A:
Beginning the Fan Blade replacement process requires first shutting off the ignition. Begin by removing the cooling fans with their shroud and turn the cooling fan nut counterclockwise to loosen it until removal. You need to install the replacement cooling fan before you tighten its cooling fan nut (Cooling Fan Nut) with counter-clockwise rotation to meet the torque specification of 6 nm (53 inch lbs.). The last step includes reattaching the cooling Fan Shroud with the fans in position. Determine any unusual noise or vibration in the engine area by cleaning all foreign objects from cooling fan blades. Also follow all safety considerations about electric coolant fans and broken fan blades.
