    Q:
How to replace the washer reservoir on Buick Century? Posted by Customer
    A:
Begin replacing the Washer Reservoir by draining all fluid from it then unlocking its filler opening. First remove the right headlamp but keep your attention on the Washer Reservoir. Start by pulling out the fender liner from the front to access the washer components. Detach the washer pump hose from its connection, remove the washer pump and solvent sensor electrical plugs. Unscrew the Washer Reservoir bracket screw when you are ready to pull the reservoir out through the right frame rail. Put new Washer Reservoir onto the right frame rail and snap it in place while tightening the bracket screw to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Connect each of the washer pump, Washer Reservoir level sensor, and washer pump electrical connector terminals. Place back the front fender liner and Washer Reservoir screws before tightening them to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Attach the right headlamp unit and fix the filler neck before adding washer solvent into the new reservoir.

How to Service and Repair the Washer Reservoir on Buick Regal? Posted by Customer
    A:
You must drain the washer solvent first before you remove both the filler neck and the right headlamp assembly. Take out the Washer Reservoir by unfastening its bracket screw from the right frame rail. Set the new Washer Reservoir onto the right frame rail then fasten the bracket screw at 10 n.m (89 lb in). Insert the washer solvent level sensor and Washer Pump links onto their electrical clips then attach the Washer Pump tube. Place the front fender liner back and fasten the Washer Reservoir with screws while tightening them to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Put back the right headlamp assembly and add washer solvent to the reservoir while restoring the filler neck.

    Q:
How to replace the washer reservoir on Buick Regal? Posted by Customer
    A:
Twist out the screw from the upper tube assembly before you take off both its components and the seal. Start by detaching the right headlamp assembly along with the front Washer Reservoir screw. Then take out the front fender liner. You need to pull out the Washer Reservoir by taking off two screws after disconnection of electrical components and the hose from Washer Pump. Pull off the hose and electrical connector from the Washer Reservoir level sensor and take out the Washer Reservoir. Loosen the two holder screws and remove the Washer Reservoir bracket before taking off the Washer Reservoir level sensor and seal. Continue by removing the Washer Pump and its seal. First connect the washer pumps and seals and then fit the reservoir level sensor with its seal into place. Secure the bracket on the Washer Reservoir with two screws before tightening them to 7 n.m (62 lb in). Secure the Washer Reservoir level sensor with its electrical connector before mounting the Washer Reservoir over the vehicle. Fit the two mounting screws and torque them to 10 n.m (88 lb in). Put the Washer Pump electrical connector and hose together, put the front Washer Reservoir screw in place and tighten it to 5 n.m (44 lb in), and then install the front fender liner with the right headlamp assembly before securing the upper tube assembly and seal of the Washer Reservoir using a screw tightened to 10 n.m (88 lb in).
