    The first thing to do when servicing the power window switch is to take out the switch mounting panel. Gently work the door power window switch out of the trim panel by using a flat blade tool. Take the switch out of the housing and pull out the power accessory electrical connectors. Install the power accessory by connecting its electrical connectors to the switch and after that, install the switch on the door panel and snag it into place.

    You should use a flat-bladed tool to pry up the leading edge of the trim panel to remove the power window switch first. After that, take the electrical connector off the switch by pressing in the retainer springs with a small screwdriver. To put the switch back in, join the electrical connector to it, then push the switch into the trim panel, making sure the retainers snap in.
