Place the air shutoff and check valve to bracket upper bolts in position before tightening them to 25 n.m (18 lb ft). Place the air feed tube on the throttle body stud and connect the quick connect fitting to the air shutoff and check valve using the air feed tube bracket nut which needs to be tightened to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Next raise the vehicle to install the air shutoff and check valve pipe to exhaust manifold nuts which should be tightened to 10 n.m (89 lb in). After installing the Intake Manifold cover bracket with its bolts you must tighten them to 30 n.m (22 lb ft) while lowering the vehicle. Reinstall the air cleaner outlet duct after you connect the engine harness electrical connector to the air shutoff and check valve then position the Brake Booster Vacuum Hose to the Intake Manifold.

Separating the fuel injector sight shield serves as the first step for replacement of the Secondary Air Injection Check Valve. Gratis the engine harness electrical connector from operating with the secondary air injection (AIR) check valve. The constant tension clamp should be pinched while the air pipe needs extraction from the air check valve.
