  A: Begin front Brake Pad replacement by checking the fluid level inside the brake master cylinder reservoir; drain fluid down to the midway mark between maximum-full and minimum levels. The fluid should be adjusted to the midway point between maximum and minimum levels provided it exceeds that mark. First lift and stabilize the vehicle before removing the wheels and tires from their positions. Place a large c-clamp on the caliper pistons until they are inside caliper bores so you can move the caliper past the brake rotor before removing the clamp. After installing the tire and wheel assembly and lowering the vehicle please engage the Brake Pedal with the engine off starting from 2/3rd of its range and end with a gradual release. Follow the sequence until you achieve a firm Brake Pedal that sets the caliper pistons and brake pads correctly.
