How to replace the Throttle Position Sensor on 2005 Chevrolet Impala?

One needs to disconnect the TP sensor electrical connector and remove the fuel injector sight shield to replace Throttle Position (TP) Sensor. Unscrew the screws of the TP sensors and extract the sensor. Install the new sensor, attach thread-locking compound to the screws, fit them, and reattach the electrical connector after which the shield should be reattached.
