To remove the coil spring raise and support vehicle then tire and wheel. The right coil spring for this aim can be achieved if the brake pipe bracket nuts are removed and brake pipe bracket that is taken of from the mounting studs. Jack up the lower Control Arm using a suitable jack then remove lower shock mounting bolt. Lower the lower Control Arm and remove the support; then, support the cradle using a proper jack. Mount the frame to body mounting bolts and washers, and tighten front bolts to 265 n.m ( 195 lb ft ) and rear bolts to 191 n.m (141 lb ft). Unscrew the jack from the vehicle and position a proper jack under the lower Control Arm. Raise the lower arm until the shock absorber is in line with the knuckle and bolt the lower shock retaining bolt with 150 n.m (111 lb ft). Again remove the jack, install the brake pipe bracket on to the mounting studs, and tighten it with the retaining nuts into 10 n.m (89 lb in). Lastly, put the tire and wheel back and drop the car.
