In order to replace the heated Oxygen Sensor 2, lift the vehicle first. Disconnect the ho2s 2 harness connector . It is essential for avoiding the silicon based products because they will introduce the ho2s together with the contamination; instead, apply a liquid penetrate prior to taking off the sensor. Take the ho2s 2 out of the Exhaust Pipe. During the installation of the new sensor, apply a minute amount of nickel-based anti-seize compound that does not have the silicone onto the threads of the ho2s 2. Nozzle ho2s 2, install and tighten to 42 n.m (31 lb ft). Connect the ho2s 2 harness connector by inserting it until you hear a give-off click and pull back to have a positive engagement. Lastly, make sure the ho2s 2 harness pigtail connector is properly attached to the chassis.
