A j 44827 (Transmission Cooler Quick Connect) should be used to disconnect toc lines from the toc followed by removal of the bolt attaching the toc line to the cooling Fan Shroud and subsequent removal of the Radiator support bracket bolts. The procedure requires removal of front toc lines from both the rear toc line and Radiator through the use of j 44827 before positioning the Radiator in a rearward direction to remove the front toc lines. You must install the front toc lines first before proceeding to connect the front toc lines with the rear toc lines and with the Radiator. The toc lines need to be connected to the Transmission Oil Cooler before readjusting the Radiator position. Secure the Radiator support brackets through their bolts to a torque of 9 nm (80 lb in) followed by the program installation of the toc line bolts to the cooling Fan Shroud at 6.5 nm (58 lb in). The last procedure includes condenser repositioning and reinstallation.
