First remove the toc to cooling Fan Shroud bolts and then detach the lh front wheel while removing the lh front splash shield retainers and finally taking off the lh front splash shield. The front toc lines need disconnecting from the rear toc lines through the transmission cooler quick connect (J 44827) before you can remove the front toc lines. The installation process begins with front toc line attachment to the rear toc lines. Reinstall the lh front splash shield together with its retainers before installing the lh front wheel. Fix the toc to cooling Fan Shroud bolts at 6.5 nm and connect the toc line to the toc retainer clip before tightening the Transmission Oil Cooler (TOC) lines to the toc assembly at 20 nm. After finishing install the condenser into its original position. The halogen leak detector (J 39400-A) should be used throughout the process.
