    A: Replacements of the Crankshaft Position Sensor begin by taking out the Starter first. Start by detaching the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the Crankshaft Position Sensor and uninstall the sensor bolt and sensor. Clean engine oil should be used to lubricate the ckp sensor o-ring seal before putting in the ckp sensor. Use 10 nm (89 lbs in) torque when installing the ckp sensor bolt. After completing installation of the Starter connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector to the ckp sensor.
