Starting the Camshaft Position Sensor replacement work requires discarding both the Drive Belt and coolant recovery reservoir. Begin by removing the cmp sensor bolt while disconnecting the engine harness electrical connector from the camshaft position (CMP) sensor. Then replace the sensor by itself and the bolt. Start by placing the new Camshaft Position Sensor and fasten it with the bolt before tightening it to 10 n.m (89 lb in). As a next step connect the engine harness electrical connector to the cmp sensor before reinstalling the Drive Belt and placing the coolant recovery reservoir.
