  The Power Steering Pump replacement requires the removal of the radiator air intake baffle before removing the air cleaner assembly and Drive Belt. Insert a drain pan inside the vehicle followed by power steering pressure hose and power steering cooler hose removal from the pump. The wiring harness from the wiring loom should disconnect from the pump to proceed with removing the mounting bolts and Power Steering Pump and its pulley. Begin installation by first mounting the Power Steering Pump pulley and then install the pump before tightening its bolts to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.). Fasten both the power steering cooler hose and pressure hose to their proper positions with minimum torque of 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.) on the pressure hose . The installation process requires putting back the Drive Belt and air cleaner assembly and the radiator air intake baffle by reinstalling them after removing the drain pan. Measuring the power steering system vacuum and checking for leaks completes the process while making sure all components remain sufficient distance from each other.
