How to service and repair the Blend Door Actuator on the left on Buick Rendezvous?

Start the air temperature actuator left service process by taking off the knee bolster as the first step. The defroster door lever needs positioning through vent mode hvac control setting for air temperature actuator access. The service starts by removing the left hand temperature door lever bolt from the hvac module before proceeding to disconnect the left hand temperature door lever spring and left hand temperature door lever . Unplug the left hand air temperature actuator electrical connector while unscrewing the mounting bolts to extract the left hand air temperature actuator. Reinstall the left hand air temperature actuator into position by using the mounting screws that require a torque setting of 1.6 n.m (14 lb in). Reconnect the electrical connector for the left hand air temperature actuator before you install the left hand temperature door lever onto its corresponding location on the left hand temperature door. Make sure the actuator's pin matches the slot on the lever. Secure the left hand temperature door lever spring between its appropriate positions on the lever and hvac module case.
