You must elevate your vehicle before starting the replacement of the right Engine Mount. First disconnect the
Starter together with the right side
Exhaust Manifold before removing the Engine Mount to achieve frame mounting bolt removal. Use a jack on the square tab at the rear of the engine block but position it away from the
Oil Pan and sheet metal and crankshaft balancer to prevent damages. Begin engine elevation only to a point that enables the removal of the Engine Mount before removing the Engine Mount while unfastening its engine mounting bolts to pull out the mount from the vehicle. Begin by inserting the Engine Mount into its vehicle position then fasten it to the engine mounting bolts before tightening them to 50 nm (37 ft. Lbs.). Lower the engine until you can attach the Engine Mount to frame mounting bolts before securing them to 60 nm (44 ft. Lbs. Torque). Finish the installation by putting back the right side Exhaust Manifold along with the Starter then lower the vehicle.
