Power Steering Cooler

The first step of converting from Power Steering Cooler to hydroboost requires removal of the fascia grille and the radiator grille reinforcement support if present on the vehicle. The reservoir requires draining to its fullest extent but the vehicle needs drain pans under each tire to collect the fluid. Connectors joining Power Steering Cooler hose to steering gear along with Power Steering Hose to Power Steering Pump should be removed. The vehicle should receive a new Power Steering Cooler after removing its bolts while also removing the cooler from its installation space. Follow the installation process by reincorporating the Power Steering Cooler into the vehicle while tightening the Power Steering Cooler bolts to 9 n.m (80 lb in). Resume Power Steering Cooler hose connections by reattaching it to the Power Steering Pump followed by the hose connection to the steering gear.
