The Power Steering Cooler can be removed after you detach the bolts from the radiator support and pull out the Power Steering Cooler component from the vehicle. The Power Steering Cooler installation requires you to mount it to your vehicle before pulling the retaining bolts tight to 9 n.m (80 lb in). The Power Steering Pump receiving hose requires attachment to its Power Steering Pump followed by clamp repositioning after which the gear outlet hose from the pump needs connection to the cooler and proper clamp placement. Dismantle the power steering system for a bleeding process while checking all hoses for leaks. The installation process requires reinstallation of the radiator grille reinforcement support with the radiator air baffle and deflector-upper and the front grille.
