    Q:
How to replace the Electronic Suspension Control Module on Cadillac Escalade ESV? Posted by Customer
    A:
You should start by removing the right side interior trim panel when you need to replace the Electronic Suspension Control Module in Tahoe, Yukon or Escalade models. Start by removing the module from the bracket after disconnecting its electrical connectors along with removing its screw. Put the new module inside the bracket then fasten the screw before tightening it to 1.6 Nm (14 inch lbs.). You should reattach all electrical connectors to their corresponding location on the module. Module replacement requires special calibration through a scan tool connected to the data link connector and activation of the ignition ON while the engine rests followed by module selection under SPECIAL FUNCTIONS. Follow the instructions on the scan tool alongside techline terminal to complete RTD module programming from the SPECIAL FUNCTIONS choice on Recalibration. Users should access SPECIAL FUNCTIONS from the scan tool after programming where they must perform the ALC trimset following the instructions displayed on the screen. Complete the right side interior trim panel installation at the end of the procedure.

    A:
The procedure for replacing the Electronic Suspension Control Module in Tahoe, Yukon and Escalade vehicles starts by removing right side interior trim panel then disconnecting electrical connectors from the module. Slide the module out of the bracket by removing the screw followed by taking it fully from the vehicle.
