    Begin transmission mount replacement by lifting and supporting your vehicle and installing a transmission jack to stabilize the transmission. You must first eliminate the transmission mount from the transmission support retaining nut before raising the transmission above its original position to remove tension on the mount. Start by removing the transmission mount from the transmission or transfer case adapter mounting bolts until you can raise the transmission properly for removal of the mount. Install the new transmission mount into its position inside the vehicle before tightening the transmission and transfer case adapter mounting bolts to 50 n.m (37 lb ft). Lower the transmission while securing the mount to the transmission support retaining nut or nuts by torquing them to 40 n.m (30 lb ft). Finish by removing the transmission jack and letting the vehicle lower to the ground.

Before moving on to the actual engineering of a rough-tus, first unbolt the transmission mount to the transmission or transfer case adapter mounting bolts and lift the transmission slightly to pull out the transmission mount. Once you take away the mount of the car, then install the new transmission mount and guarantee that the mount is installed to the mounting bolts of transmission or transfer case adapter and tighten up the bolts to the levels of 50 nm (37 ft. Lbs.). Loosen the transmission and install the transmission mount to the transmission support retaining nut or nuts and tighten them to 40 nm (30 ft. Lbs. ). Lastly, complete the process by lowering the vehicle away from the transmission jack.
