    Start with removing the front door trim panel after disconnecting all electrical connectors then proceed to replace the Door Lock and side window switch for the driver. The installation requires removing a screw which holds the switch panel bezel in place on the front door panel followed by removing the bezel with a flat-bladed tool. A wide plastic flat-bladed tool should be used to release retaining clips found on both sides of the door module before removing the door module from the switch panel bezel. To install the components place the door module into the switch panel bezel before snapping it into position and fasten the switch panel bezel with the module onto the door panel. Use the screw to fasten the switch panel bezel to the front door panel while tightening it to 2 n.m (18 lb in). Reinstall the front door trim panel after you connect all electrical connectors. The service programming system must be used to program the door module in vehicles that have camper mirrors.

The door module needs to be inserted into the switch panel bezel before the bezel and module can be attached to the door panel. Attach the screw which maintains the switch panel bezel onto the front door panel with 2 n.m (18 lb in) torque and restore all electrical connections. Install the front door trim panel but programs the door module with service programming system (SPS) only if your vehicle has camper mirrors.
