To replace the Spark Plug wires, it is necessary to remove the intake manifold cover. Remove the left side Spark Plug wires from the spark plugs, as well as the spark coil. In case of replacement of one plug wire, open the retaining clips, remove the Spark Plug wire. Next, remove left clips of side Spark Plug wires from intake manifold bracket and heater inlet and outlet pipe, and then remove the Spark Plug wire assembly. Turn the engine to gain access at the back, then remove the left side Spark Plug wires from their respective sparks and right side the sparks plug wires from the spark coil. With only one plug wire to be replaced, open the retaining clips and remove it, remove the right side Spark Plug wire clip from the spark coil bracket and remove the Spark Plug wire assembly. During installation also install Spark Plug wire assembly then fasten right side Spark Plug wire clip on the spark coil bracket. Replace the plug wire that was replaced somehow and lock up the retaining clip. Connect the right-end Spark Plug wire to the spark coil and right-end spark plugs. Turn the engine to its original position, then place the Spark Plug wire assembly. The left side Spark Plug wire clips go on the intake manifold bracket, heat inlet and outlet pipe. If one plug wire is replaced, put it in and close the retaining clip. Link up the left Spark Plug wires to the spark coil and the spark plugs, and lastly, put the intake manifold cover.
