How to Service and Repair Spark Plug Wires on Chevrolet Avalanche 1500? Posted by Customer
    A:
To service and repair the Spark Plug wires, start by twisting the boot at a 1/2 turn and pull only the boot off the Spark Plug. Next, to extract the Spark Plug wire from the Ignition Coil, do the twisting and pulling until it comes free. Note there are two manufacturers: jklmnopqrstuvwr/list of ofeci manufacturer for Spark Plug wires/ ignition coils/ coil brackets. Melco(r) and delphi(r). In terms of size, the melco(r) spark plug wire has a blue foil mark on it and is 145mm (5.70 in) in length from cable seal to cable seal while the delphi(r) spark plug wire has a white foil mark and is 110mm (4.30 in) in length from cable seal to cable seal. The melco(r) Ignition Coil is made in a square shape while the delphi(r) Ignition Coil is circular-shaped. The melco(r) Ignition Coil bracket is square, and the delphi(r) Ignition Coil bracket is round. For installation, plug in the Spark Plug wire to the Ignition Coil followed by the Spark Plug. Last, check the Spark Plug wire for correct fitting by applying a sideways pressure on the boot, ensuring correct seating and replace any loose boot.

    Q:
How to replace the Spark Plug Wires on Chevrolet Tahoe? Posted by Customer
    A:
The first step to replace Spark Plug Wires involves twisting each Spark Plug 1/2 turn before pulling only the boot to take the wire off. The process starts by removing Spark Plug Wires through a 1/2 turn twist of Spark Plug boots followed by gentle boot removal. The implementation requires a 145 mm (5.70 in) long Spark Plug wire with melco(R) square design while themscorlib round design requires wires measuring 110 mm (4.30 in) in length between cable seals. There are two different manufacturers for the ignition coils: the installing process needs two distinct brackets which are the melco(R) square design coil mounting bracket and the delphi(R) round design coil mounting bracket to connect the specific wires for their respective models. Begin with sparking plug wire installation at the Ignition Coil before moving onto connecting wires to each Spark Plug. Inspection of wire installation should include a sidewards push test on each boot to verify seating before reattaching loose boote.

    Q:
How to replace the Spark Plug Wires on GMC Yukon XL 1500? Posted by Customer
    A:
The first step to replace Spark Plug wires requires you to twist Spark Plug wire boot 1/2 turn before pulling it gently to gain removal. To disconnect the Spark Plug wire from the Ignition Coil you should first twist each boot half-turn while only pulling on the boot itself to remove the wires. Independently the square design melco(R) spark plug wire reaches 145 mm (5.70 in) between its cable seals and the round design delphi(R) wire requires 110 mm (4.30 in) between the cable seals. Each of the ignition coils uses a separate Spark Plug wire system due to different manufacturers and coil mounts; the square design coil requires the melco(R) (square design) coil mounting bracket and the round version requires the delphi(R) (round design) coil mounting bracket. The installation requires users to start by setting the Spark Plug wires onto the Ignition Coil before they connect each wire to its corresponding Spark Plug. Push each boot to check for proper installation seating by checking the seating while also reattaching any loose boots.
