How to replace the right Blend Door Actuator on 2001 Chevrolet Impala?

You should take off the right side instrument panel insulator and then release the instrument panel compartment before replacing the right air temperature actuator. Unplug the connector from the right air temperature actuator, after that take out the screws and take it off the vehicle. Put the new right air temperature actuator in place and make sure the slots in the electric actuator driver line up with the flats on the shaft and the hole matches the alignment pin on the HVAC module case. Move the actuator onto the shaft, making certain that the actuator driver is fully seated and the holes in the actuator are even with the screws on the HVAC module case. Put the screws into the right air temperature actuator and tighten them to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in). Connect the electrical connector to the actuator, and after that, put back the instrument panel compartment and right side instrument panel insulator.
