How to replace the LH Blend Door Actuator on 2002 Chevrolet Venture?

Begin the left air temperature actuator replacement by removing the knee bolster from the IP followed by disconnecting the electrical connector of the actuator. Start by unplugging the left air temperature actuator electrical connector then separate the actuator linkage from the steering column by rotating it toward the steering column. Finally disconnect the retaining screws for the actuator and extract the actuator. During installation keep the actuator linkage engaged with the left air temperature door lever while installing the actuator according to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions. After installation of the retaining screws at 1.6 N.m (14 lb in) torque level, reconnect the electrical connector and replace the knee bolster in its IP placement.
