How to replace the auxiliary air temperature blend door actuator on 2003 Chevrolet Venture?

Begin the auxiliary air temperature actuator replacement process by taking out the left lower quarter trim panel. Detach the electrical connector from the auxiliary air temperature actuator and then remove its retaining screws and take the actuator out from the HVAC module assembly compartment. Install the new auxiliary air temperature actuator to the HVAC module assembly by screwing in retaining screws at 1.6 N.m (14 lb in) torque. After reconnecting the actuator electrical connector you should reinstall the left lower quarter trim panel.
