How to replace the Crankshaft Position Sensor (24X CKP Sensor) on 2005 Buick Rendezvous?

To remove the crankshaft position (CKP) sensor (24X CKP SENSOR), remove it by first turning off ignition and lifting the vehicle on a hoist. Remove the crankshaft Harmonic Balancer, and observe the sensor harness routing before it is removed. Remove the harness retaining clip using bolt then remove sensor electrical connector. Then, take off the sensor bolts and remove the sensor. For installation, install the 24x Crankshaft Position Sensor with bolts and clip the harness as indicated when removing. Put back the harness retaining clip with bolt, with a tightness of 10 n.m (89 lb in) on the bolts. Connect the sensor electrical connector, re-install the balancer on the crankshaft, drop the vehicle, and ckp system variation learn procedure.
