  A: Starting the vacuum Brake Booster replacement process requires removal of the left closeout-insulator panel. Begin by removing both the Brake Booster push rod retaining clip and vacuum Brake Booster push rod from the brake pedal. Following the procedure remove the cross vehicle brace and detach the master cylinder from the vacuum Brake Booster before setting it aside intact. Access the vacuum Brake Booster locking tab by removing the air inlet grille panel while leaving the surge tank inlet hose connected so the coolant remains intact.
