Start by removing the output speed sensor bolt then safely remove the output shaft speed sensor with its O-ring. Install the output speed sensor by applying GM T-IV automatic transaxle fluid GM P/N 88900925 to its new O-ring and driving it into position on the output speed sensor. Place the output speed sensor inside the transmission case assembly before you install the output speed sensor bolt . Secure the bolt with 6 Nm of torque force (53 inch lbs.). The connection between the wiring harness and output shaft speed sensor needs to be reestablished.
