How to replace the Wheel Hub Bolt on a disc brake on 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt?

Start work on the disc brake Wheel Hub bolt replacement when the vehicle rests safely on supports. First take off the tire and wheel assembly with the brake rotor. The ball joint remover j43631 tool helps you uninstall and throw away the old Wheel Hub bolt from the Wheel Hub. Put the new Wheel Hub bolt into the wheel bearing hub where enough washers must touch the hub to push it in. Set the wheel nut in place with flat side facing washers before tightening it so the Wheel Hub bolt head contacts bearing hub flange rear side. After installing you must take away the wheel nut and washers. Put the brake rotor and tire and wheel components back into position before letting the vehicle downward.
