How to replace the right side engine mount bracket (w/RWD) on 2008 Cadillac SRX?

The first step to replace the right side Engine Mount Bracket with rwd equipments includes vehicle elevation and support. You need to place a screw jack with support wood under the Oil Pan followed by unscrewing the lower Engine Mount retaining nut. Begin the procedure by elevating the engine with the screw jack while removing weight from the mount and proceeding to take out the upper Engine Mount retaining nut and the Engine Mount itself. Start by taking out the Starter and afterward get rid of the right Engine Mount Bracket mounting screws to extract the bracket from the car. Install the Engine Mount Bracket by attaching it to the vehicle body and tighten all mounting bolts to 60 n.m torque specification (44 lb ft). The Starter goes back in position followed by the Engine Mount into place while tightening the upper Engine Mount retaining nut to 80 n.m (59 lb ft). Set the weight onto the mount using the screw jack and fasten the Engine Mount retaining nut to 80 n.m (59 lb ft). Drop the vehicle by taking away the screw jack together with the block of wood from under the Oil Pan.
