Start by taking out the tire and wheel assembly from the vehicle. Isolate the front brake pipe fitting by using a cap to stop fluid leakage and stop contaminants from entering. The next step is to remove the front brake hose bracket bolt as well as the brake hose fitting bolt and brake hose fitting gaskets from the brake hose before discarding the gaskets. Remove the brake hose. Brake hose installation requires the brake hose fitting bolt to connect with two new brake hose fitting gaskets installed on the brake hose . Mount the brake hose assembly to the caliper where its brake hose fitting bolt must be tightened to 40 Nm (30 lb ft). Next install the front brake hose bracket bolt while applying torque to 25 Nm (18 lb ft). Fit and snugly tighten the front brake pipe fitting to 19 Nm (14 lb ft). Use the correct procedure to bleed the hydraulic brake system. The last step is to put on the tire and wheel assembly.
