First eliminate the electrical connection and tube from the assembly before completely removing the assembly. Position the foam seal tape across the grille assembly's side openings before putting the inside air temperature assembly into the instrument panel.

Reconnect the electrical connector to the inside air temperature sensor then secure the headliner to the roof Velcro, as well, reinstall the rear headliner retainers to the front headliner. Reconnect the driver information center to the I/P, install, the driver information center retaining screw and tighten to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in). Finally, reinstall the knee bolster.
