The first step when replacing the Fuel Pressure Sensor (LLT) requires you to use appropriate fuel system pressure release techniques based on your vehicle type. Tighten the new Fuel Pressure Sensor by hand then remove it to properly lubricate the surfaces before reinstallation and tightening it to 33 n.m (25 lb ft). The installation process includes reattaching the wiring harness electrical connector to the fuel injectors as well as reinstalling the foam insulator before capping the service port for low side fuel pressure. After following a particular ignition sequence you should inspect for fuel leaks. Conclude the process by reassembling the Intake Manifold along with the cross vehicle brake.
