To dismantle the Throttle Body assembly, first, take away some of the cooling system liquid to enable removal of the hose at the Throttle Body. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct and the engine sight shield and disconnect the throttle actuator motor electrical connector. Move the coolant air bleed hose clamp and take out the coolant air bleed hose from the Throttle Body. Following that, remove Throttle Body nuts and remove the Throttle Body as well since the old Throttle Body Gasket should be removed. For installation, fit a new Throttle Body Gasket, and have the Throttle Body in the place, making sure to tighten the Throttle Body nuts to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Replace the coolant air bleed hose and position the clamp and connect the throttle actuator motor electrical connector, check the harness connector and seal and to make sure it is installed properly without any damage. Install the engine sight shield and air cleaner outlet duct back, and top up the cooling system. Use a scan tool to confirm the throttle-opening range and the throttle-closing range, so that the accelerator pedal is free to move and there's no restriction between closed throttle and wide open throttle (WOT). Be sure that the vehicle is not in low engine power, ignition is on, and engine is off before starting the engine and examine the coolant leaks.
