    Q:
How to replace the left instrument panel fuse box on Cadillac Escalade EXT? Posted by Customer
    A:
The procedure to replace the left instrument panel electrical center or junction block starts by taking out the left side end panel and knee bolster. First disconnect all wiring connectors from the Fuse block then remove all the fuses. First disconnect the turn signal relay at the back of the Fuse block before removing its retaining bolt from behind. Apply a screwdriver to divide the Fuse block from the wire harness block before using the retainers to extract the Fuse block from the vehicle. You should place the Fuse block onto the i/p assembly until it clicks in place before you attach the wire harness block to the back of the Fuse block while installing the bolt at 6 n.m (53 lb in). Reinstall the turn signal relay followed by installation of fuses and electrical connector reconnection based on the wiring diagram on the Fuse panel cover. The last step includes reattaching the knee bolster followed by the left side end panel.

    Q:
How to replace the underhood fuse box on Cadillac Escalade EXT? Posted by Customer
    A:
The replacement of the underhood electrical center or junction block requires disconnecting the negative Battery Cable first. A user should begin by lowering the electrical center brace cover while pushing its outboard tabs. Next, they should remove the left fender upper brace. Depress the tab after removing all fuses to move the electrical center through the studs positioned at . Separate all electrical connectors by unscrewing the bolt on each one then disconnect the wire ends from the electrical center block. The tabs should be pressed simultaneously to remove the electrical center from its housing. The replacement of engine electrical center bracket requires bolt removal from four retaining positions followed by bracket extraction from the fender. You can integrate the engine electrical center bracket assembly to the front fender through the installation sequence which requires 4 retaining bolts tightened at 9 n.m (80 lb in). Carefully fit the electrical center block stubs into position so that the tabs maintain its place inside the slots before tightening the wire connector bolts at 9 n.m (80 lb in) to the lower electrical center block portion. Connect all wire connectors securely after which set the electrical center block to its resting position to allow tabs to lock in position. After installation of the lower cover part begins the Fuse and relay installation while the cover remains open according to the Fuse location labels. The fender upper brace requires reinstallation while you secure it with the 4 bolts which must be tightened to 25 n.m (18 lb ft). After connecting the negative Battery Cable users must start the vehicle while checking that each component operates correctly.

How to replace the Fuse Box in the Body Wiring Harness Junction Block on GMC Yukon? Posted by Customer
    A:
The replacement process starts by unfastening the cover retaining nut before slotting the tabs to extract the cover. Press to release the tabs which allows removal of the junction block from its bracket after detaching the harness from the front side of the junction block. Install the junction block to the bracket bracket until it clicks by pushing on its top part and activate the harness through the front of the junction block. Proceed with installing the cover which will snap into position before you hand-tighten the retaining nut until it rests properly.
