When done with the transmission jack pullout lower the vehicle before you finalize fluid filling operations using dexron (R)iii transmission fluid to the proper transmission level.

Take out the transmission jack then reduce the height of the vehicle while adding dexron® iii transmission fluid until reaching the recommended level.

Begin by installing the transmission support along with its side bracket and bolts before securing these bolts with 95 nm (70 ft. Lbs.) torque setting while the transmission mount bolts require 40 nm (30 ft. Lbs.). After removing the transmission jack users must lower the vehicle before adding dexron(r) vi transmission fluid to required levels.
