How to replace the LH Blend Door Actuator on 2001 Chevrolet Corvette?

Initialization of left air temperature actuator replacement begins by removing the front floor kick-up panel and radio amplifier. Start the replacement of the inside air temperature sensor aspirator duct through its duct muffler by pressing the duct retaining tab then rotating until it frees from the duct muffler. To proceed with this repair start by twisting off the inside air temperature sensor aspirator duct muffler before separating the temperature actuator's electrical connector. After removing the screws from the temperature actuator you can extract it from its housing. To install the new temperature actuator position it carefully with the actuator driver slot lines matching the temperature door shaft flats before sliding the actuator onto the shaft until the actuator location holes aligns with the forward alignment pin on the hvac module case. Full seating of the actuator requires its mounting holes to rest directly against the hvac module casing surface. Secure the temperature actuator retaining screws at 1.5 n.m (13 lb in), then install the electrical connector. After placing the inside air temperature sensor aspirator duct muffler you should perform a twisting installation step prior to attaching the aspirator duct correctly by winding it through the duct muffler then installing the duct retaining tab to the ignition switch housing bracket. First reinsert the radio amplifier followed by the front floor kick-up panel. A new actuator necessitates HVAC Control Module recalibration through the removal of the hvac con Fuse.
