Secure the bolts at 5 n.m (44 lb in) before installing the door to the body framework while making final position adjustments. Check visual connection of the lock to striker before tightening bolts to final torque of 25 n.m (18 lb ft). Use sealer to coat the hinges after which paint the entire hinge assembly.
