How to replace the rear Motor and Transmission Mount with AWD on 2005 Cadillac SRX?

Replacement of the rear transmission mount (w/AWD) begins with vehicle elevation and body support. Next, remove the exhaust system. Position the transmission on a suitable jack supported by wooden blocks before removing the transmission support bolts securing it to the body. Finish by removing the transmission support bolts which attach it to the jack. Remove the transmission mount from your vehicle's structure. Install the new transmission mount on the vehicle before you secure the transmission support mounting bolts at 110 Nm torque (81 ft. lbs). Secure the transmission mount to body mounting bolts and tighten each bolt to 60 Nm (44 ft. lbs.). Proceed by first dismounting the transmission support and then reinstall the exhaust system and finally lower the vehicle.
