How to replace the Back Up Light Switch on a Tremec 6-Speed manual transmission on Cadillac CTS?

To change the back up lamp switch of tremec 6-speed manual transmission it first rises and supports suitably the vehicle. Remove the back up lamp switch's electrical connector and take off the back up lamp switch's wire harness from the bracket. Remove the back up lamp switch with snap-on(TM) vsm5222 (22mm angle head open end wrench) or equivalent. Apply pipe sealant with teflon(R) to the threads of the back up lamp switch with gm p/n 1052080 or equivalent and install it and tighten it to 27 n.m(20 lb ft). Mark the removed wire harness removal point on the bracket and reinstall the back up lamp switch wire harness to the bracket, connect the back up lamp switch electrical connector before lowering the vehicle.

Q: How to replace the Back Up Light Switch on a Tremec 6-Speed manual transmission on Cadillac CTS?
A: To change the back up lamp switch of tremec 6-speed manual transmission it first rises and supports suitably the vehicle.
