Unplug the Wiper Motor electrical connector and unscrew the 2 bolts of Wiper Motor that hold it to the liftgate before taking off the Wiper Motor. Installation should start by fixing the new Wiper Motor into position and fasten it using the 2 bolts, tightening to 8 nm (71 lb in). Connect the Wiper Motor electrical connector back in and then replace the interior trim panel on the liftgate. Lastly, replace the spacer and nut on the Wiper Motor drive shaft by spinning the nut down to 8 nm (71 lb in), then reall the Wiper Arm.
